3rd Generation Deep Gap Firefighter!

Daniel Taylor started with our department in 2016 and has been a dedicated member since the day he joined. Daniel has an Associates degree from the University of Northwestern Ohio in Automotive High Performance and is currently employed by the Town of Boone Fire Department as an engineer. In 2024, Daniel was promoted to the rank of Captain to oversee our department-wide training after perviously serving as the rank of Lieutenant.
