DGFD 2022 Recap!
2022 was a busy year for Deep Gap Fire! Our department responded to 352 total incidents, including both medical and fire. We’re very thankful to have start construction on our new sub-station, which will be located in the Stoney Fork community, and look forward to our new engine that should arrive in the late summer or early fall of ’23. We will continue to have part-time staff covering our fire station during the week, to insure fast response to calls and maintain our water points and pre-plans.
