A new pumper/engine will be hitting the streets of Deep Gap in the coming months. Featuring a 1,000 gallon on board water tank, a 1,500 GPM Hale QMAX pump, LED emergency and scene lighting, all new equipment with the black-over-red graphic design. Check out the photo below! This apparatus will replace our current ‘2301’ as the new first out engine for the district. The current engine ‘2301’ will fall back into a 2-out engine assignment as it has served our department for over 20 years.
